Senior Specialist / Manager Marketing (all genders)

Your Mission:

You are our all-rounder when it comes to marketing & digital initiatives. With your eye for what matters most and your passion, you will take on the following responsibilities: 

  • CRM Management: You will be responsible for our global CRM system (MS Dynamics), ensuring it is optimized and effectively utilized for marketing and business development initiatives. 
  • Digital Campaigns: You will create, manage, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various channels, continuously enhancing our digital presence. 
  • Oversee digital platforms: You will manage and maintain our website and social media channels, ensuring they align with both global and regional marketing strategies. 
  • Create impactful content: You will work with the European marketing team to develop, curate, and distribute engaging content that resonates with our target audiences. 
  • Drive data-driven improvements: You will implement analytics and reporting tools to measure the success of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Support financial processes: You will assist with budget monitoring and preparatory bookkeeping tasks to ensure smooth financial processes within the marketing team. 
  • Collaborate across teams: You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to support regional and global marketing initiatives. 
  • Ensure quality execution: You will deliver marketing activities with a high standard of quality, attention to detail, and efficiency. 

What should you bring along?

You are ready to actively shape the future of Marketing at FGS Global and meet the following requirements:  

  • Experience & Know-how: You have three to five years of experience in a marketing role within a dynamic organization - ideally in a professional services environment (e.g., law firm, consultancy, agency). 
  • Digital Know-how: You have proven skills in managing digital platforms (web and social media) and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques. This knowledge is supported by hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamics, and a clear understanding of their role in driving marketing and business success.
  • Structure and Reliability: You work independently, in a structured and conscientious manner, and you handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion.
  • Project Management: A fast-paced environment energizes and inspires you. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple projects simultaneously with success. You have a focus on metrics and analytics to measure and improve the impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Language and IT Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English and German is essential for this role, as is confident use of MS Office applications (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
